I don't even think this should be qualified as a tattoo. It looks more like accidental pen markings, ha ha.
Regardless of my opinion (which is right), Miley Cyrus showed off her newest tattoo on July 29 by tweeting:
“All LOVE is equal,”The 18-year-old singer also put a fan in her place when she criticized her stance on gay rights.
“Where does it say in the bible to judge others? Oh right. It doesn’t. GOD is the only judge honey. ‘GOD is love,”Just seems to me like celebrities now a days are doing any little thing to stay relevant...
