Miley Cyrus will star and produce an untitled project from writers Sam Brown and Jack Angelo.
Cyrus will produce with her mother Tish Cyrus via their Hope Town Entertainment company. Also producing is Andrew Panay, whose produced "Wedding Crashers" and "When in Rome".
Although the story is being kept under wraps, it has been said it involves a broken promise to God.
