The pair announced they were splitting up, for the second time, on June 29 but they were spotted together this weekend in Malibu, CA.
Either David Duchovny & Tea Leoni are still good friends...which would be totally awesome or the two are trying to work out their issues.
Californication star Duchovney and Leoni were married in 1997 and have two children together.
